Very limited instructions.I love this climber! I ordered Nov. 27th and the climber was estimated to be here Dec. 16. I was hoping to have this as a Christmas gift, however the climber only just arrived today Dec. 30th. So expect about a month for delivery. Amazon did say my package may be lost, so I was worried it wouldn't arrive at all. I reached out to customer service and they offered to refund me 10% for the lateness. They did respond quickly. Without any updates on tracking it finally just showed up at my door. If you are not a great builder, the instructions are vary vague. But the product itself is very straight forward to build. I used an electric drill rather than the Allen wrench this product came with to make my life MUCH easier. The Allen wrench that comes with this product is flimsy and scrapes away quickly. So of you don't have tools this will hurt your hand quickly. My drill got the job done in about 30-40 min for all 3 pieces. There is a small screw that pops out as another reviewer mentioned, but it's not sharp and I don't think it will bother my son at the angle it is in. I also received the correct color! Again I was nervous about receiving a plain one after previous reviews. Overall I'd say it was easy to assemble by looking at a picture of the product. The instructions don't help at all lol. And the product seems strong and sturdy. Takes long in shipping with barely any updates but hopefully it will come within a month. (We live in NJ for location reference) anyway great product! (Oh and the colors of pegs and parts are random, so I did not receive any white or black pegs but that's not an issue at all)I absolutely love this little gym set!I do not really have anything negative to say about this product, aside from the fact that the 4 pieces that you bolt onto the plank came stuck together in the box so it took me eons to pull them apart. I ended up having to use a knife and a screwdriver to pry them open, which in turn, caused the wood to split on all 4 pieces. Aside from that, it is so cute and cool and I wish I had one when I was a baby lolIt took about a month to come, I ordered on BF and received it exactly on the day that it said it would arrive, so thank you for that! Overall, I am satisfied with it; just need those split pieces fixed and I'm good.Only a few disappointing things. One being we didn't get the color we ordered, ours just came unpainted. We don't want to deal with returning it so we just kept it without contacting the seller about it.The other thing was that roughly 80% if the bolts were extremely hard to tighten. I hate that they used a hex bolt instead of something that can be tightened with a drill. The screws for the ramp were darn-near impossible to screw in by hand.Thirdly, the instructions were extremely vague. Just a photo and no words. I did end up having to take one of the legs completely off (which was difficult due to them being super hard to do by hand) and flipping it the other direction. It seems like the "legs" for the triangle are exactly the same on either end, but the holes are actually *slighty* farther from the edge on one end than they are on the other end. Pay attention to that when putting it together.Other than that, you can tell this is a quality product once put together. My 14 month old loves it.Not good for a one-year-old to climb. Probably better for 18 months.I'm sure my kid will love it, but I have a few qualms -1. Difficult to assemble. Just a picture, no written instructions. Some screws nearly impossible by hand.2. I ordered grey/rainbow which is what I got, but got differently colored rungs than in the picture. Two were black, so it's overall just darker and not as bright as I was hoping for!3. The triangle pieces that go on the triangle are weird. It seems like the holes in it are off center a bit off so the triangle doesn't look quite right, still functional thought.I’m very happy with the product. First of all it arrived before estimated date. Second I had no problem assembling it. I have no idea why some comments complain about trouble with putting it together. It’s true the instructions are one picture, but it’s so intuitive.The finished product is beautiful! Very good quality wood, elegant and so sturdy. Highly recommend.After purchasing this and assembling it for my grandson’s birthday, I do not understand any of the negative reviews. It was packed well, all pieces arrived intact and the assembly was incredibly easy. Every piece is put together with hex screws and I did have to look at some pictures from other reviewers to figure out the triangle. Noticing that some reviewers had an exposed screw, I simply put the hex screw into a different spot to fix the issue. I would add that this is a small version of this set up and is probably most suited for children under 5 years old. I don’t believe that older or children tall/big for their age would enjoy playing on this set, due to the size. It arrived at the beginning of the estimated arrival date and I am completely satisfied with this purchase.This toy is great, it gives my 14month old access to allowable and safe climbing rather than him trying to play in unsafe areas. He’s developing his gross motor skills and has fun while doing it. It’s also a fun place for his cousins and him to play when they’re over for a visit!
