We purchased this kit for Christmas. It was received very promptly. When trying to assemble the train two parts broke due to the tight fit and small parts. We contacted the company and received a follow up email very quickly. They are replacing the parts no charge. This company has an excellent product and superior customer service. I would recommend them and the product. Looking forward to purchasing more of their items. If you buy the kits be aware of the delicate nature of the parts and use wax to assemble tight fitting components.
